14K yellow gold vintage heart shaped gemstone brooch. The 14K yellow gold gemstone brooch has a 14K yellow gold sliding open heart on the back of the gemstone heart brooch. A cherub is on one upper side of the gemstone heart brooch.
The gemstone heart shaped brooch can be worn as a pendant or necklace by attaching one end of a chain to the pin on the back of the brooch, then bring the chain around the back of your neck and attach that end of the chain to the pin also. Close the catch on the brooch around the pin.
